Water Courses (Davignon Lake)
Residents and visitors may at all times take advantage of swimming facilities at the Nature Centre.

The quality of the water at this beach is tested by the provincial environment authorities (Environnement plage of the Ministère de l'Environnement, Direction régionale du Centre de contrôle environnemental de l'Estrie et de la Montérégie)

These tests are conducted three to five times per year or more often if deemed necessary.

The results are posted with the beach regulations on the beach bulletin board. You will be able to check whether swimming is advisable.

Drinking Water
There may be times when water problems occur such as during a period of drought, or if the water changes colour, or when a boiling advisory is necessary. When one of these circumstances occurs, the City will publish advisories on this site and with the local media.
