Cowansville is the first city in Quebec to be affiliated with HORTI-ÉCO. Because of its constant concern for the environment and the health of its citizens, the City of Cowansville has adopted horticultural practices that are respectful of the ecosystems.
THE COWANSVILLE HORTICULTRAL COMMITTEE
The Committee was formed in answer to a request from citizens to learn more about horticulture in general. By taking part in the activities organized by the Committee, participants can:
