	Supplying of bins :	$21 each
	Water meter tax :	$1,25 per 1 000 imperial gallons (annual minimum $140 per unit)
	Metered water purification tax	90 cents per 1000 imperial gallons Multiplied by 85 % (annual minimum $85.00 per unit)
